A recent excavation conducted by a UFP archaeological team on Planet Kurl has uncovered an abundance of artifacts including the Kurlan Naiskos.  However, the Kurlan authorities have reported recent breaches of the Federation's codified archaeological ethics and standards of performance. The artifacts are now missing. In the event that you discover unethical conduct, disciplinary measures should be taken. Also, be advised that the political situation on Kurl is destabilizing.
